Directions to North Green River Park Community Gardens in the Kent
Valley
From Hwy 167, take the Kent-Des Moines Exit (Hwy 516 / E.
Willis St.)
Go east on Hwy 516 (Willis) a few blocks to a 'T' at Central
Avenue.
Turn right onto Central Avenue
Proceed south on Central to S. 259th St.
Turn Left on S. 259th St. After you pass the apartment
complex, the road curves to the right and becomes the Green River Road.
Go 1/4 mile on Green River Road and you will see North Green
River Park with soccer fields on the left
Just a short way past the soccer fields is the driveway
entrance to the community gardens gravel parking lot. The soccer fields are on
the left and the gardens are on the right.
